Dark forest,great halls,open forests nothing of your past matters at the end of the journey these places of the past are but a memory but it is the memorys that shape who you are take Esther for example she is about to give her live for her sister Alice a girl she despised only as of yesterday she still hates her sister but is giving herself to death for her but why?It begins with the birth of Alice a talented intelectual with a pation for arts she especialy loved the tweaked but not truely dark paintings the kind of mystical and dream like work.At her birth however many things changed for one Esther was but an adopted daughter now she could no longer inherit the family wealth but that is not the cause of her deep loathing for Alice it was realy the love of being her parents only child now she questioned if she were but even a notion in her parents mind.Over the years however things got worse for Esther and Alice were very far apart in age so they often hung around the same crowd but unfortunantly Alice was much prettier so Esther was often shunned this grew so until Esther was an outcast from her pears.By now you may have thought of Alice as a bad person but this is not the case Alice was probably the nicest person to Esther but Esther didnt see it like that so she remained bitter towards her sister till one day Alice decided it was time to give Esther her birthday present and a present it was.As i stated before Alice dabbled in art so she made Esther a painting it was a wonderful painting that even though dark seemed to beam with light it was a painting of Alice and Esther playing in a clearing a wooded area in the painting it seemed the forest was the most incredible thing it had a thin fog with a faded darkness that carried on and on till it was black and from the treas hung strands of almost spider web like threads that were purple and gold and iluminated an incredible light.The painting was a masterpeice by any standards

Alice took her painting to Esther and even though Esther was stunned by its quality tried not to react because well she hated Alice and didnt want her to know how much she liked it so she set in the corner and went back to reading.Esther waited for Alice to leave then she shut her door and held the painting gwking at it nt even blinking everything seemed to melt away and the painting seemed more and more real until Esther realized she was standing on grass then she screamed.She look and saw the what were her and her sister were in the painting now it was made of wood she poked it with her fingers and ivy grew up around it as if it had aged for years in but a single moment.
