Four of the eight soldiers escort four other adults back to your old home and they gather everything that they can carry. This provides you with four gathers and a resource location. The junk yard that was your home has enough materials to supply you with forty weapon or twenty moving machines that could act as dens. The gathers were able to bring back enough for ten weapons or five moveable dens. It will take the gathers three more trips to get everything from the junk yard. Each trip will also take several days so it might be a good idea to plan each trip and deiced what to do with what will be brought back.

I teach them everything I know and listen to anything they have to teach me. I also make sure to spend an equal amount of time with each of my kids, Midnight, and doing the duties of a leader.

The gathers head out again and brings ten more units of material. It is figured that each den can hold ten Cockneies. The gathers come back and they found two old books. The books were brought back and can be used for research. It takes three months for the human language to be figured out.

They tell you about cacti that can supply the group with extra water during a drought. They also tell you about prickly pears that they caught some animals eating. They tried to do the same and after figuring out how to peal them they found out that it was good. They brought back some to show and try to grow close to home.

I make taking care of the plants a job and assign the two that are interested to the job. I let the kids explore as long as at least one adult is with them. I then work with some of the adults to expand the den.
