Several ArmorGames Members have bought the PREMIUM CONTENT for Legend of the Void - Chapter 2 in order to use the On-Line Save Slots.

The On-Line Save Service from ArmorGames has been very UNSTABLE.

The Game Developer is reporting that ArmorGames has fixed the PROBLEM but as of a few moments ago (after several tries) I don't see ANY FORMER ON-LINE SAVES that I made!

Please "fix" as I don't want to have to "redo" these Characters AGAIN and if I save any NEW ON-LINE SAVE Characters I run the risk of overwriting my OLD ON-LINE SAVES!

I lost my lvl 11 Warrior! Very  Upset, i was having so much fun!

I've noted that it's not just this game, there is a long history of Armor Games premium/savegame server failing for quite a number of different games.

I can't believe AG is letting this go on.  Doesn't it cost them money in terms of lost business?

whoever is in charge here is slacking.  Good thing I don't invest in AG.

Also, FWIW, it's not just savegames, whether or not you have purchased premium content is also broken.

i had no problems until i bought the premium content in this game and the developer felt it necessary to mock me in a thread i posted

i have been playing flash games for years never had this happen before this game

Yesterday, I used the online save for my first character. There were a lot of notifications throughout the game that the game had errors connecting to the ArmorGames servers. I played up to level 8 and then exited to the main menu. Just to be sure that the saves worked, I went back and checked on my character. All seemed fine, and I loaded his game with no problems. Satisfied, I closed the browser and went to bed.

Today, I came on to find my character was gone, and a number of users complaining in the comments sections about their lost saves/characters/content. Putting 2 & 2 together, I decided to just go ahead and play a new character, this time using local saves. I set the Adobe FP to allow unlimited data from the game and played character #2 for a bit. After playing for about 15 minutes, I went ahead and checked to see if the game was in fact saving.

I returned to the main menu immediately after the game said it had saved. Strangely, my level 8 character came back, but the character I had just made in place of him was gone. Not refreshing, I closed out and went back to see that no characters were there anymore. I then refreshed the browser, and let the game load. I peeked into my load game files... still no characters. Then, for shots and goggles, I re-entered the load game section.

Character #1 was there.

What. The. Hell. ?.

Still don't have my Character, Very angry but i still will rate 9/10. :)

It's been a day and a half since my save slot has been gone! What's happening my AG brothers and sisters?
