Unlocking because of misunderstanding. The "what is that" phrase threw me off and made me think you didn't know what AP was, amongst other things.
Activity that gives you AP but doesn't show up for a while has been part of the system for a while. While it may not seem like your AP has been given to you, you did earn your AP and it will show up later, such as when the site refreshes 24 hours later.
