nope the answer's 25 because you are throwing a party but only 25 people can go cause it's illegal to have anymore.
here's a better one: a man is shot in the car in the back of his head. no windows a shattered, the windows aren't rolled down, no doors open, no guns in the car, no one's in the car either, so how'd he get shot.
