Depends on what kind of cancer your talking about, some are just an annoyance, and some are fatal and life-threatning, but I still think that AIDS is worser, as cancer is more abundant.

And back on to the topic at hand. I think that AIDS is worse if you contract AIDS and not just HIV. Because there is no cure for AIDS. But for Cancer there is at least a chance of living.

Probably Cancer, because although expensive, there are treatments to AIDS for the most part.

There are treatment for both Cancer and AIDS, but no actual cure for both.

@snowman, Just because you have AIDS doesn't mean you are going to die. Actually, cancer kills more people than AIDS.
