You left the the frangments at your new mine, but you check on your Arborary. Your saplings are a bit bigger than before, but not much. What now?

For now I will take some time to gather some wood from around the location of the object, but keep an eye on it at all times.

These crafts are dark as a crow,But it doesn't matter.C'mon let's go!
Chop down some wood and mine some stone. Then strip meat to the bone!
Then dig halfway to the core,Go up and down then dig some more!
You can do all this in Dark Constructs,The possibility as big as a truck,
Yeah!
...
Sorry,just some randomness kicking in.

Cave-House (cave in mountain, Sticks[5x] {5/15})
Path to Apple Tree (gashes in trees, nothing inside)
Garden (patch of dirt, Strange Seeds[2x] {2/10})

You do so, and gain 4 hunger. You look around for nearby caves and water sources. Nearby your own cave, you find water trickling down through so rocks. Might be a spring of some kind. What now?

I mine around the water source in order to increase the flow. Try to find if it is an underground river or a limited amount of water (depending on if the water is fresh or rancid)
When the flow is enough to fill a bucket, I cut a big branch, carve a bucket i it and bring back the water to my garden.

If it is a lake, I try to block up the hole with mud and stone.
If it is a river, I let it free to flow.
