I haven't been able to connect to Xbox at all for the past few days, if I test Xbox Live connection, it says everything is connected but my Xbox. But; I've done literally everything the Xbox site has said; Configure network, reset factory setting, ect, still doesn't work.
Anyone know anything else I can try to connect to it?
1-800-469-9269. One of the more helpful companies when you call their customer support. Sometimes it's even very quick, one time my call only took 4-5 minutes total including waiting time..
It's not. Me and a few of my friends have been having this problem since the new update, I've scoured the actual site and found nothing about it. Try and call support, they might know more. Or if not, they will deal with it.
