I haven't been able to connect to Xbox at all for the past few days, if I test Xbox Live connection, it says everything is connected but my Xbox.
But; I've done literally everything the Xbox site has said; Configure network, reset factory setting, ect, still doesn't work.

Anyone know anything else I can try to connect to it?

1-800-469-9269. One of the more helpful companies when you call their customer support. Sometimes it's even very quick, one time my call only took 4-5 minutes total including waiting time..

I guess I can try get my Dad to contact them via mobile, but, you don't know any other method I could try without ringing their customer support?

Ya, you probably have a bad connection. Just wait like a day then try again

Nothing got to do with the connection; my Live has been down for about seven days now.

Your country's host server may be down. Do your friends experience this?

Maybe your internet cable is broken/not in right or you router is broken/not setup right?

make sure your cable is not stripped and and is properly connected

It's not. Me and a few of my friends have been having this problem since the new update, I've scoured the actual site and found nothing about it. Try and call support, they might know more. Or if not, they will deal with it.

Yeah; I've reset it, plugged it out and in about a hundred times.

Me and a few of my friends have been having this problem since the new update


Where do you live?

Also; I assume you didn't solve the problem?

Does anyone know how to switch your password? I can't remember mine, and I can't find where you can switch it.
