How can I become a Moderate or one of the other things?

I am a trusted and reliable person but I wonder if you have to do anything else or be a member for a couple of years cause I have been encouraging people to come on and then they don't want to come of! now just have to get them to join-Becoming a member.

So please can you also send me a message on my account to make sure I do get the message on the  knowledge of how to become a Moderate or other.

Read this thread. Other things? Do you mean admins? They work for ArmorGames, here's the jobs page.

Are you talking about being just a moderator or an admin?

Well here's the answer for both:

To be a moderator (or this is what I heard) you must send an e-mail to one of the admins (I don't know which ones) explaining why you should be a mod. (note: You need to have maturity, grammar, and correct spelling if you even want to have a shot at this.)

To be an admin I'm probably wrong, but from how Ferret said something about starting his cubicle or something I'm guessing you have to grow up into an adult and drive around the country to look for AGco. (Again I may be wrong.)
