No, you can only use those that are in the control panel.

ok, but I began to play "the last stand: DZ" and on the map, I see that some people have their photos rather than armatars ... is that these people are playing through Facebook? there is this interaction?

Yeah most likely.. I don't play the game but on most MMO's that's how it usually is.
