*pretends pickpocket's recommendation is the real deal*

Well, my heart will forever belong to Bethesda and Nintendo, but of those two, I'd have to go with EA.

Simply put, EA has more games than Activision that I fully enjoy. Also, anything that Activision has that I enjoy, EA has something similar that I enjoy about as equally, though usually ending up surpassing theActivision game.

Activision for me that I can remember has Guitar Hero, Call of Duty, and Tony Hawk games when I used to play those skateboarding games when I was younger.

Aside from Tony Hawk (though I may not be remembering an EA skateboarding game), Call of Duty gets beat by Battlefield for me since I like the Bad Company games better, and Rockband is about as equal to Guitar Hero for me.

Past that, EA also has other games that I enjoy pretty well. Dragon Age for sure. That game was loads of fun. The Lord of the Rings games they've released have also been great, especially The Third Age. Though sometimes lacking, being a Harry Potter fan, I try to give the games at least a chance and play them a little before saying they suck. The earlier ones weren't as bad, and the newest ones aren't the worst games ever, but something almost feels lacking in them. Still good games, though. They, for me, surpass any games that Activision has put out in similar interests (sort of) like Spiderman and such. And whenever, I feel like racing, I can always rely on Burnout to be good, or if I want a change, Need for Speed games are also pretty good in my opinion.

Overall, EA has just appealed to me more so that's why my vote goes to EA(even though this might not be enough to make this the new Battle of the Brands :P)

Wow, I thought DaPro would've got around to this by now.

C-can I recommend one? Would that be ok-k?

OP: -suggestions on my profile ONLY
So don't recommend it here or it's considered spam.

Activision vs EA

That'd do much better in the VG section than here.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

TV time. Since there's a lot of diversity in the market, I'll open it to all brands (as "meh, I don't like either. I like X" would show up a lot, defeating the purpose of the battle). So take your pick.

Focusing on their big-screen products (over 30in because I don't want "well, my smartphone is X, so that"),

Sony vs Samsung vs LG vs Toshiba vs Vizio vs Philips vs RCA vs Sanyo vs [other]

BEGIN!!!

Hard for me to say, never really looked into it, but my family's Samsung flat screens have done well so far. The Sony (not flat screen) wide screen tv we had got a little iffy after a while, so we swapped out for Samsung.

So I'll go Samsung

Don't you think that's a little bit too much?

Anyways I vote for Toshiba. There's just something that makes Toshiba so much better.

My family got a TCL, and despite a mistake on the manufacturing part (the co-axial cable connector was bad), it was fixed and works great. I haven't really used it much for gaming because, well, I don't really have any console games that I'm dedicated to right now or feel like playing. Samsung is usually pretty good, though it tends to run more expensive, I think. Sharp is another good one (they make one of the highest concentrated screens in the world I think, somewhere around 580-590 ppi). Anyways, my vote goes for TCL.
