But Moderators are working for the Administrators so they can call the Admins when they need help.
Moderators volunteer to help around the site with spam and the community, anything beyond that we don't know for sure. We can assume that they have other ways of communicating besides on AG, but when you need help with things like logging in and other technical site things, contacting an admin is your best bet. No need to ask a moderator to tell an admin, when you can contact them directly. Admins also have specified times when they work, it's almost 11pm AG time, so it's around 8pm where the admins work. I think their work day is or is almost over by now. And it's the weekend and the holidays are here.
