If he is talking about general conventional video games and ideas for a game...then yes. If he means Flash Games..then no
Since it is here...I say we assume he means Video Games

Yeah.... This is exactly a place where devs come for free ideas. They come up with them. Unless you plan on making a game, it won't be one.

My idea is games like Skyrim (free will, can do virtually everything you want) but with simple themes like skateboarding. Something like GTA but Elder Scrolls style would be cool too.
