The food, circumstances and preferences between Matt and Amy were identical. Also, if they had eaten the same food at the same place one day earlier, no one would have gotten sick.

And I already said that Matt threw up before. As in, before this day. You're completely ignoring the clue I gave on this page (I gave like three). It's important. Use it.
