Why does that pop-up come up when I have pop up blocker, only on this website though?

I only get a banner add and a catlemania pop up add in a new window every time i log in. Other than that im ad free.
I get popups everytime i come on here but i just close them...problem solived
i used to have it , i dunno what happened to themthey r usually smiley popups
