Quests are the extra achievement for Armor Games' users to enjoy, the bonus that unlocks when you reach certain in-game goals! But unfortunately... there can be bugs and/or glitches occuring that prevent you from unlocking that awesome shiny extra prize to gloriously show off with on your profile...

This thread is to provide a place to report problems with Quests so the Armor Games Staff can effectively look at them to squash the bugs and fix the glitches.

Some guidelines on how to report Quest problems...

Some Quests unlock instantly upon achieving a certain in-game goal, but sometimes they may need you to finish a specific level or reach a certain save point in the game to submit your progress. Please allow some time to pass and if it still does not unlock for you, report it here.

Make sure you always have an internet connection while playing a game that has Quests. If you play 'offline', some games fail to track in-game progress and this will result in (a) Quest(s) not registering/unlocking.

When given the choice, always choose the online save option for a game that has Quests. It is not a necessity for every game with Quests, but a lot of them track a Quest's progress this way. Want that Quest? > Use the online save...

When you post a report about a Quest problem, please make sure to add:
• The name of the specific game with Quest problems;
• The name of the Quest(s) that fail to unlock;
• Why (you think) the Quest does not unlock for you;
• A screenshot with proof in case you reached the in-game achievement(s) that match the specific Quest's info.

Please add my callout (@MrDayCee) to your report post in order to get the quickest response to your problem.

This thread is for problem reporting on QUESTS only please. All discussions about Quests in general need to be redirected to the Quests Forum and their designated Quest Chat thread. And if you want to give some feedback, or have ideas about Quests, you can do this in the Official Quest Feedback Thread!

Any problems with games, server glitches and bugs in general (all not Quest related) need to be addressed through our SUPPORT please.

Trouble with continuity, game freezing mutiple times while playing. Have to exit to browser and restart as reset in game does not work. Also waiting and waiting and waiting not all but some times have to exit game completly and start again. Have 4 identities running and am considering shutting all down and going somewhere else for gaming

I am currently level 11, but do not have the reach-level-10 quest. (waited at least 5 hours)..
I have also crafted two diamonds, but not yet received the craft-a-diamond question (also at least 5 hours ago)

Update: the diamond quest now shows up as completed.

Castaway 2. Played for a while. I reconnected. My game was still there. I have killed till the 6 boss. Go to the first forge (nymph). I cannot enter. The door is closed. Go to kill the seven boss, the door is closed. I go to catch the seal of magi, the door is closed. Any of these doors should be closed, as I already collected waht i needed before (the bosses 1-6). I cannot continue the game.

First, I want to say "hi" cause I'm new to all of this. Second, I'm not sure this is a bug or not but the outside quest (armorgames quest) is... spamming (!) everytimes I've logged in from another PC and do the same act which the quest acquire and I get the quests multiple times (i've received the forum-tastic for 4 times now)... Can I do somethings about it on my own?
Oh, and don't worry, it still counts as 1

I am getting sick of playing this game when every time I go on a scavenge the lag or freeze causes me to have injuries and come back with nothing. Flash player is such a crap program but you have to be able to do something.......PLEASE!

The First Quest of BaloonsTD5 is not opening for me though I am in level 12 now, @MrDayCee....

@TheZink That particular Quest is kinda buggy. Try changing it again, and if nothing happens you could ask one of the admins like @Ferret to give you the Quest.

When I login anda access http://armorgames.com/play/12141/kingdom-rush the game don't release de slots to save on-line. The slots are carrying and do not release.
Only save local. I clean de cache in my browser but it don't work.

The 20k and 50k Quests are broken because they are checking for cumulative scores, not individual hi-scores.
