I can understand never hearing of Ultimate Muscle, Fighting Foodons and Medabots, none of them lasted very long.
Ultimate Muscle was...weird. Just weird. There was a wrestler who had a goat's head.
Fighting Foodons was like Pokemon, but with food. Make any sense?
Medabots was fighting robots, where, if you won, you got a part (arm, leg, body, etc) from your enemy, kind of like Megaman. It was actually pretty cool, but didn't last long.

Most of the shows haven't been on regular television here. Only if you had a digital tv receiver you could watch them. But I have seen a bunch of it, mainly because, like DBZ and YUGIOH, came to our country later.

I haven't checked all, but I noticed some grave errors..
1) Kim Possible is NOT a 90's cartoon.
2) How can you forget The Gargoyles or Bob Morane??

These I either haven't seen or just don't remember seeing. I didn't know they made a Jumanji show.
Fighting Foodons
Medabots
Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century
George Shrinks
Sagwa the Siamese Chinese Cat
Jumanji
Lloyd
Eon Kid
Cyberspace
Everything else I watched and remember, even if it was just a couple episodes. Fillmore! was an awesome show, I loved the idea of a hallmonitor acting like a serious real life detective for minor pranks.

This was a live action show. Unless they made a crappy Cartoon version of it.

- Ren and Stimpy
- Bobby's World
- Rocko's Modern Life
- Angry Beavers
All the best ones apparently no one here has seen or thought to mention. Hrumph.

If you read the actual title at the top of the list, it said "'90s - 00s." I meant including cartoons in the early 2000's. Like, 90's to 99 and 00's to 09. It's not so much EXACTLY 1990 to 2000 as it is "cartoons you watched growing up." Sorry for not saying that.
