There is only about 4-5 on that list that I haven't seen. I really miss Samurai Jack, that's probably my favorite cartoon of all-time. I haven't thought of Megas xlr in a long time, I really enjoyed that one.

And is this just a list of shows you thought up? Because it is definately not a complete list.

All of those I either haven't seen, or I don't remember them. I barely remember Gundam Wing, and when I read it here it brought back some nostalgic memories. xD

I know that a lot of the ones I put here I had probably seen at some time or another, I just don't remember them, oh well.

I'll make my own list from these shows..

Cartoons presented that are not '90's Cartoons
Teen Titans - First episode in 2003
The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius - First episode in 2002
Johnny Test - First episode 2005
Kim Possible - First episode 2002
Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends - First episode 2004
Ed Edd and Eddy - Debatable, started 1999, but primarily 2000's
Courage the Cowardly Dog - Same as Ed, Edd, and Eddy
Totally Spies - Started 2001

Alright screw it..too many of these are not '90's cartoons

I checked it with 4 or 5 college students (like myself) that grew up with these cartoons. I also checked Wikipedia, but hey, if I missed some, post them.

Cartoons presented that are not '90's Cartoons

If you read the actual title at the top of the list, it said "'90s - 00s." I meant including cartoons in the early 2000's. Like, 90's to 99 and 00's to 09. It's not so much EXACTLY 1990 to 2000 as it is "cartoons you watched growing up." Sorry for not saying that.

I really miss Samurai Jack, that's probably my favorite cartoon of all-time.

SJ was epic, especially the intro. The greatest cartoon intro of all time is "Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!" because it's basically every element of cartoons jammed into one title. How can you NOT want to watch a cartoon with super robot monkeys with circular saws for arms?

Also, I believe Ultimate Muscle and Fighting Foodons win the "was I driunk when I watched those?" award. Who came up with Fighting Foodons??

You've never seen The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy? That show was rediculous.

I didn't put Arthur on the list?? Holy crap. And I wasn't sure about Spider-Man, so I didn't put it on the list. Is "Superman" on the list? That was a cartoon for a while.

I can understand never hearing of Ultimate Muscle, Fighting Foodons and Medabots, none of them lasted very long.

Ultimate Muscle was...weird. Just weird. There was a wrestler who had a goat's head.
Fighting Foodons was like Pokemon, but with food. Make any sense?
Medabots was fighting robots, where, if you won, you got a part (arm, leg, body, etc) from your enemy, kind of like Megaman. It was actually pretty cool, but didn't last long.

Most of the shows haven't been on regular television here. Only if you had a digital tv receiver you could watch them. But I have seen a bunch of it, mainly because, like DBZ and YUGIOH, came to our country later.

I haven't checked all, but I noticed some grave errors..

1) Kim Possible is NOT a 90's cartoon.

2) How can you forget The Gargoyles or Bob Morane??

These I either haven't seen or just don't remember seeing. I didn't know they made a Jumanji show.
Fighting Foodons
Medabots
Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century
George Shrinks
Sagwa the Siamese Chinese Cat
Jumanji
Lloyd
Eon Kid
Cyberspace

Everything else I watched and remember, even if it was just a couple episodes. Fillmore! was an awesome show, I loved the idea of a hallmonitor acting like a serious real life detective for minor pranks.
