I second xeano321's suggestion to first switch browsers and see if the problem persists... some browsers may work perfectly fine with website 'A' and could experience problems with website 'B'. Try this first please...
If the problem isn't related to the browser, check if your sound drivers are up to date. If they aren't update them, or try reinstalling them to see if this solves the problem. Ok? =)
