Well, since I look like the guys from down there, The guys on the Flying Prison will think i am an actual policeman/guard ( Also no idiot prisoner will escape and then go right at the jail, so no one will be expecting it) I will say i have urgent news for the Boss of the prison, then i will meet him, Implant memmories of him retiring, and making me second of comand. With that, i will take over the prison. I will see which of the guards have powers and i am going to tell them we have a secret mission, to penetrate the criminal world and act like criminals, so we can destroy them from inside.

This plan if fullproof, and since the guards are bussy with the escaped prisoner down there, that i told them to find and kill, no one will even notice i have escaped for atleast few days, but that is enough to get my small army and inplant them, so they to not know the news from the outside.
