It's the year 3063, everything has been discovered, including the ability to have unspeakable powers. These powers were controlled by a separate chip inside the user.
Not only did the word of power bring the attention of civilians and law enforcement, but it also brought the attention of criminal minds all over the globe. So super powers were being stolen everywhere, including from other people. It was mass chaos.
Then one day a group of scientists made anti-powered guns and hand cuffs. So the criminals and law enforcement were both equal powers.
This is a super powered criminal game. The way to win it is if you beat the master of the law enforcement. It will be possible to meet other players in this game, but be aware I can also split you guys up.

Ok then.
The clown uses his sword to block most of the bullets, however one ricochets into his shoulder.1xp (I have decided that hurting an enemy should count as xp but not as much as killing would do.)
He clutches his shoulder in pain, he nods to the cops next to him and he backs away into the door and into the darkness. One of the cops run towards you with a baton in hand.

You hear something metal come bouncing towards you. It lands between your feet and you see that its a grenade. Star turns at the last second and blasts the grenade with a fire ball, which causes the grenade to roll to the doorway and blowup. Debris falls and blocks the way.
If you want to get the clown, then you might want to do improvise.

Unforunately doing that means you have to walk on the puddle.
You step on the puddle which makes a loud splash and before you throw him, he shoots your toe. (lose 10 hp)
He also lands on his feet when he comes back down and runs. He's far from sight so you can't do anything else to him.
