It's the year 3063, everything has been discovered, including the ability to have unspeakable powers. These powers were controlled by a separate chip inside the user.
Not only did the word of power bring the attention of civilians and law enforcement, but it also brought the attention of criminal minds all over the globe. So super powers were being stolen everywhere, including from other people. It was mass chaos.
Then one day a group of scientists made anti-powered guns and hand cuffs. So the criminals and law enforcement were both equal powers.
This is a super powered criminal game. The way to win it is if you beat the master of the law enforcement. It will be possible to meet other players in this game, but be aware I can also split you guys up.

"Sure." Says Lexi. You walk into her hut and notice there's a bed, table, couch, and a 20 inch plasma screen tv complete with cable.
"...this aircraft plummeted in the ocean, this is the footage we have of it." A video shows the ship a minute before the attack, a couple seconds later you see a small thing in the distance crash into the front of the ship, you see a fireball shoot out the windshield. About 30 seconds later part of the floor falls out of the ship and a person goes with it, the person looks like a girl. She falls into the ocean.
10 more seconds part of the ship splits in half, one half still flies. A person follows the side that's falling. 5 more seconds later you see the thing that crashed into the ship carry a little girl with wings. 10 more seconds later you see 2 guys come out of the flying side, one of them shoots a web spiderman style and swings with the other guy.
The video then turns back to the news lady, "As you can see the flying half of the ship is still up and is being checked out-"
"Wow," Says Lexi, "Glad we're not those guys right?"
