It definitely does look like your game glitched. The only advice I can give you is to refresh your game and see if it opens the option to go to the fallen village for you.

There is no way to fix that glitch at the moment. Thought you have to replay the whole game, it would be much faster as you already knew what should be done.

Just dodge her 1-hit KO fireball (jump right away at the moment her charge bar is full to divert the fireball's trajectory if you are priest using ranged skills) then hit her repeatedly. Don't forget to use stun/interrupt skills if you have any.

All the chests u "have to get" can be reached with wall to wall jumping and Blink ability if u are priest or spectral dash if u are assassin,  don't know about the warrior.

Do what a drunk driver does. Hit and run. Rinse and repeat.

Someone know how to get clothes for the guy at the emerald temple?

It took forever, especially with that shiori lady- but Game Complete! Sad but true, every boss was easy as a priest, even kazuro- only except was another priest. ;p

Pitibruna, it's in one of the two chests in shogun's palace. I recommend you bring a stealth potion or have invisibility skill.
