Heh, I've unlocked most of the quests instantly since I've played it a bit before quests for Sinjid were out.
How do you defeat Lady Shiori? It feels like it's impossible, no matter what I do she always kills me. I try to dodge the poison blasts, then a few seconds later she has a bunch more and if I get hit once it's game over...
It depends on what build/class you're using, otherwise I can't help you.

Unfortunately, I picked warrior, so I don't know a lot about assassin, but on stats you're doing pretty well I might add (better than me, at least).
Out of curiosity, what difficulty did you choose? I picked hard and I haven't yet met an obstacle worth mentioning (level 18).

I chose easy, she has to be the most difficult character I've faced. The others were, well, easy, but with her it's one hit and you die.
But I got passed her, I got the ultimate ability invisibility and just walked right passed her to the door.

I don't usually chime in to help with strategy - but she is indeed one of the hardest bosses in the game.
I just wanted to confirm that she is working as intended. There IS a way to kill her, and it does not require any special ability, stats, items, or anything like that.
The secret is actually hinted to you in two of the cutscenes in the Fallen Village. :) That's all I can say...

Lady Shiori was pretty easy for me. All you had to do was to look away from her deadly eyes.
The real challenge for me is Kazuro. He is just impossible to beat. I only managed to get him to 8000 before I died.

Hello! I passed all game to wars on easy complexity. But never I saw the block. Please tell as to make a quest "100 Blocks" ?

You have to block 100 attacks, you block by pressing the down arrow or s.
The real challenge for me is Kazuro. He is just impossible to beat. I only managed to get him to 8000 before I died.
With my strategy I didn't have an issue. Since I unlocked invisibility, I used it every time I was below half my health then restored it, then continued beating on him. Had to do it several times, but he starts out with like 20k health.
