My armatar has changed to the Orange, shield armatar and I cannot put it back to the Red, shield one.

Okay, it appears orange where I log in but red everywhere else. I've also lost all my quests (including the legacy ones) except for three on my profile. Any help? Anyone?

Okay they fixed it and everything was normal, yaaaaay! But then I completed the quests for "Help the Hero!" now I'm getting this:
