No... Kids these days figure they can do anything they want and will pass whatever they have to to get what they want. That's why facebook is full of kids x)

i guess it does stop untill 8 or 9 year.
(if they didn't figure it out already.)

It will once, until they find that accounts under 13 years of age cannot be made, then they'll simply do through the registration again and lie about their age.

That's what happened to me the first time I ever tried to sign up for a website. I had no idea that I had to be a certain age, but it didn't stop me at all from bypassing it.
