Well, I probably will look stupid for asking (but I often make myself look stupid) so we just re-arrange the shapes to look like a monkey?

Basically, use 75 pixels to draw whatever the theme is. The pixels don't have to be so big, but they're harder to see when they're small.
As I am unskilled in pixel art, here's an example:

This is all I managed to do with 75 pixels. It probably looks like a dog, but it's not. It's a monkey :)
