My top four hardest quests to get were:
1. One Hundred Freaking Million - Epic Combo Redux (time intensive)
2. King of the Treadmill - Treadmillasaurus Rex (technically challenging)
3. Unlucky - Catapult Madness (time intensive w/ some skill involved)
4. You Finally Made It - Give Up (technically challenging)

I'm also working on the Gatekeeper quest for GemCraft Labyrinth - which I suspect will take a LOT of time, but not technically difficult.

Numbers 2 and 4 on your list, the rest of the hard quests I have weren't that hard at all, just time consuming.

The hardest two were the 100M Quest from Epic Combo and the game completion one from Give Up... they both take a lot of time and you need to have the mood to achieve them both. Which is probably the same for the Gatekeeper Quest from GemCraft I bet. But I'll get them eventually! =)

Are we only counting quests that we have so far completed? I've been trying for the Treadmill quests for a while but I haven't been able to complete any of them, as well as two of the Sequester quests.

The Sequester quest for Chapter three is difficult. I completed most of the game before a while back but am now stuck. I developed a strategy for the 100Mil in Epic Combo Redux but it made my game crash every time lol. Also, the general difficulty of Sinjid as a game makes obtaining the quests difficult.

100 Mil is very easy if you just keep your pc up for 3-4 days, I will do it last though. Sequester quests seem like hardest for me because I don't want to watch walkthroughs. I can't understand why you think Treadmillasaurus Rex quest is hard, I did it on my first attempt and got below 500 rank of all. Maybe it was luck then :D

Terry - Hold the up arrow down on the Treadmill game so that you keep jumping. It makes it a lot easier to get to 50k.
I totally agree that the Sinjid final boss was really tough. That quest was hard to get. The quest "Full of Premium Wool" was really hard to get too, cause I had to start over on another computer because the game is bugged.

True I had to do the same too with Upgrade Complete... Advice for anyone who hasn't played it before: do "Full of Premium Wool" first. Then you are on safe land if the game bugs like with us.

This is the only level 4 = Quest Optimization
All other quests are easy, it just require time... but for Optimization u have to do everything perfectly
