Hey guys! This is my first thread in the category of Art, music and writing, where I will post the miniatures I've painted so far. They are from The Warhammer 40k universe and as far range only from standard Chaos marines to a chaos Biker (including 3 chaos terminators, A chaos terminator sorcerer, 2 chaos space marines and 2 chaos space marine bikers.) It is a custom paint scheme not found in the codex which is made up by 3 basic Citadel colours:
Primary: Ushabti Bone Secondary(Shoulder and leg pads): Abaddon Black tertiary (Trim): Gehenna's Gold
The bolters are painted in the standard boltgun metal (I don't remember the new name) and the eyes are painted Khorne Red.
I am still a newbie painter but I think I can paint adequately. My goal now is to make an army fast so that I can play. I do not Intend to improve my painting technique just yet. The pictures I will post will also act as links. Click on them to see them full size.
So let's start:

I hope to be updating this regularly, at least while I have some more figures to show. Maybe I can update this once per week for some time.
The good part in this model is in the conversion. The plague champion head, the banner of Nurgle, the skulls, have been fitted to give the model more of a look of a champion. He is also extensively drybrushed, to give off that Nurgle-ish decay.
Thank you. He is showering me with his feculent blessings every day. The fear of Death present in all mortal creatures...is laughable
Now some of my older work. A Chaos terminator squad:

As usual, the pictures will act as links, click on them to see them at full size. The Terminators leg pads are heavilly Drybrushed with Desert Yellow (old colour name) to give off a mud effect. Blood has also been painted on the chain blades, one of my older practices.
A note to all: Since I have to study for my exams, I now rarely paint. I have completed 3 figures during easter vacation which I will start posting soon but I won't complete another model for some time.
