Are you familiar with the Rules of the Internet? There are 100 of them (most are irrelevent and/or disgusting) but a few are well-known. Feel free to look up the whole set on Urban Dictionary (shame on you), but in the interest of fairness I think we should have a set of Rules for Armor Games.

A few well-known (or generally agreed on) Internet rules are:
1. Do not talk about /b/
2. Do NOT talk about /b/
3. We are Anonymous.
--
8. There are no real rules about posting.
9. There are no real rules about moderation either â" enjoy your ban.
--
11. You must have pictures to prove your statement.
12. Lurk moar - it's never enough.
--
14. Do not argue with a troll - it means that they win.
--
16. There are NO girls on the internet.
--
31. CAPSLOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL.
32. EVEN WITH CRUISE CONTROL YOU STILL HAVE TO STEER.
--
34. (You already know Rule 34)
35. If no (Rule 34) is found, it will be created.
--
49. The internet makes you stupid.
50. Anything can be a meme.
--
62. The internet is SERIOUS FREAKIN' BUSINESS.

The "Rule of the Internet" are also up for discussion. So. "Rules of Armor Games" anyone?

43-1: Because the GM always forgets to use it

Actually, I think the problem is that there's no standard for health/thirst loss. It's not like HP, which decreases when you take damage and increases when you heal. How do you judge when you are more or less hungry? If you do more, will you be thirstier? Plus, metabolism and all. Hunger and Thirst are a flawed concept. You can't make a person lose a specific amounts every day, and you can't make one person lose a specific amount of thirst for every activity. Anyway. It's not so much the GM forgetting as it is the concept being impossible to manage properly.

I like 45-1. I think I like the "Let me Google that for you" more, but I'm trying to keep the Rules from having links, so I'm going to go with the "No? Then Google it" because it's even more sarcastic.
Rule 46: Actually try playing the game before rating it? Your best guess usually isn't good.
Rule 46-1: Never rate 10/10.
Rule 46-2: Blue Elephant games are an exception.
Rule 47: Ask a mod.
Rule 47-1: If they don't answer, it's a stupid question.
46. YES.
46-1. Sadly, also true.
46-2. Hm. That can't be the ONLY exception.
47. There needs to be something more, like "Don't know? Ask a Mod."
47-1. I've never had a Mod ignore a question. At the very least they provide a link to the question's answer.

I usually just do -1 per turn for hunger, and -2 per turn for thirst. If you're somewhere, like a desert, thirst loss is -4. Also, when you eat or drink, your hunger and thirst don't go down that turn, respectively. I just always forget to make the hunger and thirst go down every turn. It usually slips my mind.

True, but then how could you get health and thirst back if the only thing you could do was stop it from decreasing? I'm just saying it's easier to simplify it to "It never works." Glad you agree with the others, though.

"Unless the game was made by John." What about Kingdom Rush? haha kidding. How about "John is an exception"

Okay, okay. You don't have to explain it, I already know how hunger and thirst generally are SUPPOSED to work.

Rule 54-1: That means you, R2.
Rule 55: Dude is a name that will apply to anyone, regardless if they're a chick or a guy.

52. Yes!
52-1. Even better.
53. I haven't seen many cat GIFs. It's not that common to Armor Games, nor have I seen anyone use one to make them look better.

Except me. But this is a JPEG, not a GIF.

54. and 54-1. R2 has enough rules applied to him.
55. This applies to all of life. It's not even a rule of the Internet.

No. You are an evil person for duplicating my Thread and you must be destroyed. Hah.

56. What?
56-1. Rules of Armor Games. I tried using a reference to "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" and Strop disapproved. References to movies and music aren't going to happen.

57. Hm. Not bad. I'll add it if I need a new one.

What about AG3?? Anyone remember that? It got delayed or only partially done or something. There should be a rule along the lines of

Rule 58: AG3 is still in progress.
