How many points do you need to be on the leaderboards?
First off, which leaderboard? The whole Top 10 stuff? Or the Current Leaders? -To get in the average rankings(Top 100), you just have to get more points than whoever is ranked #100, simple. -To get on the Current Leaders, that's a bit more difficult. The numbers beside their names are how many they made THIS MONTH only. You need to make more points than the last person, I don't know how far down the ranks it goes, in order to get last place. In other words, it's basically a ranking to see who's making the most points so far. Does that help?
and everytime i try to rank a game it goes back to the homepage.
That would be a glitch, there is really no way, as far as I know, to stop it. You can only go back to the game and try again, but first refresh the Homepage, otherwise it may just keep doing that over and over again. Still doesn't work, restart your computer. It'll get rid of it for now, but it'll probably come back later =o
