No, I actually think the Engineer is more similar to the Medic in Strike Force Heroes. Although, I like the Engineer more than the Medic... He has cool weapons and stuff. I also think the General is useless in the beginning, but as soon as you unlock the skill that makes all weapons automatic, he is very handy and strong. Maybe a bit overpowered.
The General was created as a new class, but Justin eventually started thinking it was extremely similar to the Medic. The Engineer was supposed to replace the Medic, but it ended up looking like the Commando.
