I like to think that Rebuild is a tycoon-type game. Only, instead of making a growing business, you make a growing city. And you kill zombies.
I remember there was a pretty interesting, fast-paced tycoon game that involved a restaurant business, only I forgot the title and where I found the game. I think I played it on Kongregate, but I'm not sure. It could have been Armorgames, too. Other than that, I haven't heard of many tycoon flash games (that were good, that is).
