Level 11 just want to get bye with just scavenging the best weapons, raiding is a waste of time so there is no actually point other then justifying what's right and whats wrong. I just want guns nothing more.

uh, if someone from the alliance raid another member what do we do?

just go to your compounds list in the game .. and you can see us there! you can click the "view" to look at our compounds

I cant see your name, im just lvl 8...maybe its based on lvl

sorry i forgot to tell you .. yeah its based on level .. if you hit level 10 or 11 it will automatically transport you to another set of compound list
