For now I can not get any one, and I have fulfilled the requirements for several.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

So, quick update. If you've earned a Quest, it's not lost! But since they are broken, the Quests have been disabled for right now. Keep you posted.

Quest are not currently active, in Quest page they do not exist.
The ones that I won did not increase the total number of my earned quests.

You can find fuel on streets and sometimes in stores

Construct Engineering bench and go to crafting and than go to upgrade tab, and if you have all parts for some item you can upgrade it. You also need fuel for this.

Almost every major waste (junk) around the base have at least one fuel, larger junk have 3 fuel units.

Did you notice that the number of earned quests in profile has not changed?!?

Quests are currently disabled because they are broken. But don't worry, they are working hard to fix them and you can still play the game right now. Quests achieved will be rewarded after they are enabled again! =)

As much as I don't want to play another MMO this game is actually pretty good and the quests are reasonable, treat it like a normal flash game and you'll be done in no time . Thanks for the update, hope they are up soon!
