Chernobyl game?

I'm pretty sure most of you have heard, and/or, know about the Chernobyl disaster in 1986. For those that don't, a nuclear reactor caught fire and exploded, leaking massive amounts of radiation upon the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and within a 30km radius. Read more about it HERE.

Now, with that being said, what if someone were to make a game based off of the Chernobyl disaster? How do you think it would play out?

Basically, discuss on whether this would make good money, lose money, what the story line could be, stuff like that.

Chernobyl! Another ukrainian sightseeing! By the way, it was caused because of negligence of builders and workers.

I could be wrong, but I think that the campaign of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare had a fair bit to do with Chernobyl.

It is to an extent because you go through chernobyl but its not really about the disaster other then you have to avoid radiation
