I thought they were me me's too, but only because of the spelling.

I guess some of them are funny but most of them are brutally overused. Jokes made five years ago don't need to be spread; they need to die.

It's the 9gag and Reddit people of the world that can't let go of a meme when it dies..or use it sparingly to begin with.
