I've also tried to play this game using different browsers and it's not working for me either. I guess you're getting the same message as I do ("Authentication failed&quot and then you're stuck on the loading.

I've found this thread on the BEO forums. They're working on fixing the issue

some (apparently those who don't logout or close browser or get to play via some site) get to play but AGers (Authentication Issue) nor those who try to login via BEO (Server Down) can't play.
