Pusan, 2130. The EAEB (East Asia Economic Bloc) faces horrific economic depression. The poor, numbering around 450 million in Korea alone, are starving. Choking. And... angry. Massive riots are cropping up. Something is needed to calm them down or the power of the priveliged few will evaporate.
The solution? You. You are a clone. One of thousands. Your job: to run across a massive, sadistic game show field risking your life to keep the crowd happy. Lasers, machine guns, you name it, FOBG has it.
But anyway. Here's your sheet.
Name:
Health: 100/100
Stamina: 120/100
Clothing: FOBG fodder jumpsuit (red and gold, black and pink, green and brown or blue and silver)
Inventory:
Left hand:
Right hand:
Type:
Personality:
----------
Stats
Defence:
Charm:
Strength:
Agility:
Perception:
Stealth skill:
----------
Attributes: fresh meat
Med. status: fine
Location:
---------

Types affect your stats. Here are the Types:
Runner: +10 agility, +50 stamina
Crumpler: +10 strength, +10 defence
Tank: +10 defence, +50 health
Ghost: +10 stealth, +10 perception
Blank: +18 extra stat points
The attribute "fresh meat" means you are less likely to get shot at, even when wounded. You get 30 free stat points to use wisely. Locations:
Pusan: Skyline Arena (arena on the skyline)
Outer Tokyo: Half Mile High Arena (epic flying arena, but prone to tubulence)
Sea of China: Aquadome Arena (underwater arena, with lovely views. Isolation makes it easier to spot care packages being dropped)
North China: Geo Arena (underground arena, with dangerous stalactites. VERY easy to see care packages)
Gobi desert: Sandpit (SAAAAAND)
Siberia: Winter Wonderland Arena (cold, but easily escapable like the Sandpit)
Unfortunately, Pusan is the only one available as the show still needs to get some money. Also, no joining mid-game. Book ahead. Or you die.

Erm... you have 10 unspent points. Also, you should re-allocate some points.

Don't believe I do. Defence reaches thirty through type bonus + 20.
Strenghth reaches ten through type bonus 0 + 10. 10+20=30. And unless defence is pretty much useless in reality, I'm perfectly happy with my stat distribution. And you should have had type [b]Charismatic: 10+ to charm, 10+ to perception.[b] Oh well, to late to add now.

Oh yeah. Right. Well, defence modifies the damage you take, e.g. 100 damage to a person with 10 defence is 99 damage, while 100 to a tank like you (30 defence) is 91. Defence is rounded to the nearest ten, divided by ten and squared. It pays off.
Strength is a melee damage multiplier, so hitting someone with a stick at 10 strength does 10% more damage.
Agility helps against traps, so it's largely a question of stat checkpoints, e.g. dodging a falling rock will require 49545 agility (JK).
Perception is another check thing, helping you see traps and stuff but also helping some ranged damage.
Stealth skill is just a check thing.
Charm helps you get care packages and stuff by increasing your donations.

Sorry for not updating, my hard drive failed. Anyways...
You sit in the massive hall, waiting for death or maybe glory. But probably death. It's a big arena and it's dangerous. You're feeling, well... a mix of them. Fear is inevitably in there. Then suddenly, a voice rings out.
"THE FOLLOWING CLONES REPORT TO ENTRY ZONE: 2-DAIVD, 304-RYCHUS, 3232-DAVE AND 1130-EDWARD V," it yells. Your names will have appeared on screens across the region. Your faces will have appeared with them. You file into the slightly smaller Entry Zone. Other clones are there too, some confident, some sullen, some terrified. The place rocks, there's a crack, and you're on the floor. The pod catapults up into the arena. A thump, and you're jerked to a stop. In a minute, the pod will melt away and you will be at the start of the arena.
You're ready or you're dead.
An idea of the arena: your start is on the Wei Tower, the third-tallest skyscraper in Pusan. The tower's height is something obscene like 1300 metres. It is riddled with traps and there are walkways dotted around the edge which lead to other towers. In addition, the tower boasts five levels for FOBG use:
Spire (platform, houses the spire in the centre)
Rooftop (starting zone, three walkways lead here)
Panorama Zone (former observation deck, two other walkways are here at opposite ends)
Treasure Trove (dangerous zone where contestants work their way inwards for loads of gear)
The other four towers are entirely unknown. Your current location is now Wei Entry. I will add a floor plan as we go. Good luck!
