Sometimes you can not connect to the server due to maintenance. Try to check the game's forums to see if they announced something happening. Usually they make a post where such scheduled time outs are explained, ok? =)

i cant fight on a campian fight and all my quest are fights

If it's saying something like "graphics failed..." try refreshing/reloading the page or try a different browser
