Your post is a little vague, simply saying "I cant" denotes that it cannot be done. If you want to make a game then you need to do research on "how" these games are made.
For example if you wanted to make a game that could be hosted here on armor games the you would need to create your game in flash. If you wanted to make a game that is geared more for an x-box or the likeness the you would need to do research on how those games are made, try checking out this site HERE. To put simply you would need to do some research on how these games are made then focus your energy on what interests you the most then target these area's.
