I just happened to notice that apparently if at bottom of a full comments page with a game, you try and add a comment there, this appears to be broken.
At least if this wasn't a one-off glitch, I got directed to the error page stating "Woops we can't find that page." Leaving a comment on the main Quick Feedback page then seems to work as expected.
I just tried again with a random game, http://armorgames.com/play/15771/zombinsanity . The result I get is http://armorgames.com/404 .
Submitting comment on the main game page works as expected.
I'm not blocking anything in NoScript there; Ghostery blocks Chartbeat analytics, Doubleclick advertising, Google+1 widget, and Google Analytics.
Any AdBlock settings would be hard to weed out, in any event I have it disabled for ArmorGames.
I'm having trouble thinking of other possible causes right now. WinXP, FF 25.0.1, btw. Nor then is it a great issue, of course; just something I happened to come across.
