Also, at first I thought this was a thread about a movie and how they got the roles and what's it about, but I can see the desperation to seem funny. Maybe it was funny someplace else and you tried to extrapolate it here because you thought we would all laugh along?

Although I find it hard to believe that this would be funny anywhere else.

2) it's a cry for attention
3) it's the equivalent to a knock knock joke created by a 5 year old where there is no punchline but the joke teller expects a positive reaction

Because mods aren't so quick as to jump the gun and to actually let the person explain themselves in the thread before needlessly locking it. But now that you've revealed your intention, I can assure you it will be locked soon.

Also, I do want to apologize on behalf of anybody's hostile reactions, but making this thread was needless. It goes without saying that you shouldn't make a whole thread about you trying to pull off a joke in the Tavern... That's not what this place is intended to host despite the "All topics and conversation without the proper category is welcome".

2) devoid has given you a chance to demonstrate how it isn't spam. If you are able to explain how it isn't, then the inevitable locking won't happen.

My purpose for this thread was to get other users to elaborate and add to my original posting with other commentary and pictures of their own. I intentionally kept it a little vague for this reason! Duh!
