So, roughly a year or two ago, I purchased the Last Stand Survival Kit.

I've had a couple issues with it not "activating" when I fire the game up over they years, but this is something different.

I noticed that it's not activating this time, and despite refreshing my browser, relogging, etc., it's still refusing to activate when I load the game up.

'Lo and behold, the purchase is missing entirely from my account.

Any chance I can get this fixed, or am I SoL?

By the way, I'm almost 100% certain I purchased it through AG.

Well I don't know what to say. All I can think of is to contact @ConArtists and ask him about it, or you can contact @Ferret and ask him.

I'd talk to Ferret, but he's offline.

And I doubt Con could do anything about it since I purchased the Survival Kit through AG and not Con himself.

But does "through" here mean you paid it to AG, or to CA through AG? Either way, I don't know about the links, if any, between the two, but generally these games do just get hosted here, and it is the developers/keepers you'll need to speak to.
