This is as far as I managed to get. Level 33, haven't used skills or talisman at all. After this point I no longer have the DPS to kill off monsters, especially giants.
It's worth noting that having no skills now counts as a skill, giving you extra starting mana.
Starting mana is a starting mana. Without mana reduction and damage skills you can't compete with growing monster power.
