1) Are those pure gems? A single red-orange (or red-yellow-orange) gem would probably do much better.
2) Building mazes is fun, but keep in mind that later in the game you'll encounter enemies that upon death will destroy anything you've built in a large area...
3) Building that complex maze cost you a ton of mana that could be spent elsewhere.
It's a nice maze for sure! But as zzxxzz3 already said, the mana spent on this maze could be spent elsewhere, where it would be more effective!
The way I usually do it, is making sure that all "spawn places" have to go through a single area. If that is not possible I try to keep it to 2 places. This way you only have to build 1 maze for all creatures to move through.
Also, try to combine your gems into dual or even triple gems (I prefer dual in normal levels and triple in endurane) as they gain a damage boost!
And last, but defenitely not least, Build amplifiers! A Tower surrounded by 8 amps is often enough to beat most levels. In the case above I would have gone with 1 Yellow-Red gem of grade 9 surrounded by 8 amps with 4 yellow and 4 red gems in them.
Of course the most important thing is to have fun, so if you like mazing a lot and you still beat the levels, go right ahead. Just keep in mind that if you are having trouble you could consider these tips
Friends, thanks for your comments, suggestions but this thread was just for a maze showcase So, I am still curious to see others' maze creations And let's please keep this a maze post rather than a strategy post.
Yea, I wonder why they don't have editing functionality on this forum. Thanks for the maze pics. I like your maze blackpaladin. Mazes remind me of the movie Inception
