I'm level 300-ish, doing majority of levels on haunted (endurance to wave 150-200) but I can't deal with W2 on haunted. Any suggestions?

Read about manafarms, set one up and anger every wave to 10^15 HP by g15 gems. You will level up to 1500 level or so and then W2 will be easy
