There has always been whispering in dark corners about it, casual mentioning in fairly crowded places and some subtle hinting behind closed doors every now and then... but lately, it seems these occurances have started to grow... "Hey! Psst... were you around back then?!", "Are you one of us?!", "Remember the good old days?!", "I'm wondering... what was your final rank?!"

Well... ENOUGH! NO MORE!!

It's time we brought it back into the open, dust it off and shed some light onto it! Yes!!
The former Armor Points, or for short 'AP', System!!

Remember that small ranking image in the middle on the left side of your screen? No? Well, this one...

It would show a portion of the rankings in AP for every user/member of this website! Like this:

And you could check your Armor Games Profile every day to see what your current accumulated AP score was...

So... what seems to be bothering a lot of users lately - and don't you DARE deny it!- is...
'How much AP would I have now according to the old system? And what would my AP ranking be?!'

I already know I'm passed Gold King with forum posts alone, but I want to check how far I've gotten.

55 Game ratings = 110
6,027 Comments = 12,054
7,710 Forum Posts = 7,710
7 Merits= 175

Total AP = 20,049

That'd place me at rank 15(on the past leaderboard in the OP) above MageGrayWolf and below Strop.

@R2D21999 Either you've forgotten to include 10,000 posts, or you have intentionally subtracted them for some reason. Maybe you are far higher in the leaderboard than you think

And yes, even though you didn't normally get any AP for posting in FG, who here knows even approximately how many forum posts of his/hers are in this category?

Make that 30,050(I added in the post over there.) So I'm rank 4 just below Google567. Wow, back then I never thought I'd make it to the 100s, much less in the top 5*.

*Granted, it could be changed now with that sudden jump some users got in posts from past forum games

Every merit is worth 25 points. I have 4, so that gives me 100 AP. I also have 2 times less comments and rated games compared to the numbers I have posted.

I calculate your AP to about 3272. It is only natural given that at least 2500 of your posts are in the Forum Games!

It is the truth...I know you all don't like it (I don't either, most of my posts are FG posts as well) but that's how the system worked. I didn't do the same for you however because you are very active in the Tavern, unliike AP, who is soooo addicted to Forum Games he simply cannot quit
