I'm stuck trying to find this old water balloon game on the internet. It featured a kid dropping water balloons out of his window onto unsuspecting people on his street. He could hit the school bully, a cop, a lady, a mailman, and an old (Italian?) guy.
Quotes: "I'm gonna tell your mother about this!" "I-I'm gonna get you good at school tomorrow!" "Ai-eh, what are you trying to do to me-a?" Can't remember the exact quote from the cop, the last part of it was, "or I'll lock ya up!"
That sounds like one of the Waterballoon Drop games on Shockwave.com. It's been a while since I played them over ten years ago, so I don't know which one off the top of my head.
