I have been playing Chasing Shadows and decided to boot up the old Labyrinth. Everything is gone including the Sorcerer's Package I had purchased. It does not even show up under my purchases. Is this because I had to reset my Armor Games password? I would like to get everything back; especially since I paid for it.

I played GemCraft Labyrinth (logged in armorgames.com) and saved my progress to Slot 1. Then I started over on Slot 2, and sometimes I see my Slot 1 empty.
I encountered this problem even before trying Chasing Shadows. And now it still reproduces sometimes.
